Will Marre

Will Marre is the co-founder and former president of the Covey Leadership Center (The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People) and Consulting Director of UC San Diego Extension’s Responsible Enterprise Forum. Will co-founded the Seacology Foundation, a virtuous cycle conservation organization partnered with a large global corporation whose business model requires saving the fragile rain forests, reefs, and cultures of South Pacific Islanders. An acclaimed speaker, Will received an Emmy Award for writing the learning documentary “Reclaiming Your American Dream” that continues to air on Public Television stations throughout the country. As CEO of the REALeadership Alliance, he helps leaders identify, communicate and implement new strategically-sustainable business models.

William A. Hogan, Ph.D.

As prior CEO of GlobalGiving, Dr. Hogan brings much knowledge and passion to socially-strategic leadership development. This experience includes working with over 400 social entrepreneurs in 60 nations. As a judge for the Social eChallenge at Stanford University, Bill has helped select the annual grant awards for the most innovative and socially-responsible start up business plans submitted jointly by MBA and graduate engineering students. Bill is a proven Silicon Valley entrepreneur with twenty years of success in founding and managing high-tech companies in the global computer and information technology industries. As CEO at four start-ups he has successfully raised venture capital funding and had exits including M&A and IPO’s. He has a strong background in worldwide markets including wireless, telecom, high-availability embedded systems, real-time systems, online information systems, and high performance computing. Bill currently serves on Boards for Impact Advisors, the Youth Science Institute, Arrupu and GlobalGiving.

Michael R. Johnson

Michael R. Johnson is a multiple Emmy Award® winning producer with more than 15 years experience in various forms of media production. Michael’s work in television includes a variety of programs, documentaries, commercial and online education. Michael has overseen the design, development, and production of numerous award-winning interactive programs that fuse education and entertainment into one seamless experience, including hundreds of hours of AS-, BS-, and MS-level distance education courseware. Michael has worked with large international and Fortune 500 companies such as Ford, General Motors, Sony, Lucent Technologies, Daimler-Chrysler, IBM, Toyota, Fiat, Steelcase, Raytheon, and Peregrine Systems. Michael currently serves on the advisory boards of two post-secondary educational institutions, has presented at the Association of Educational and Communication Technologists on the subject of “Screen aesthetics and Design Theory,” and is a founding member of two non-profit enterprises.
